1. Delivery Time

  • We strive to deliver your product within 5-7 Business Days from the date of order confirmation.

 

2. Cancellation Policy

  • Once an order is placed and confirmed by the user, it cannot be cancelled.

 

3. Logistic Partners

  • We collaborate with third-party logistic service providers for shipping and delivery.

  • Details of the Logistic Partners responsible for processing the shipping and delivery will be provided when the product is handed over to them.

 

4. Delivery Charges

  • Delivery charges are Rs. 79 for orders below Rs. 499.

  • Orders above Rs. 499 qualify for free delivery.

 

5. Serviceable Areas

- While we aim to deliver nationwide, there may be select areas deemed unserviceable for delivery.

- Users will be notified if their area is unserviceable at the time of order placement.

- Verification of serviceability can also be done by entering the area pin-code on the Platform.

 

6. Information Collection

- To ensure timely delivery, specific information such as name, shipping address, and contact details may be collected.

- It's the user's responsibility to provide accurate and complete information for successful delivery.

 

8. Cash on Delivery

We do not offer a Cash on Delivery (COD) payment option.

9. Delivery Attempts

- We regret to inform you that we won't be able to make multiple delivery attempts.

- If delivery remains unsuccessful after the attempt, we reserve the right to cancel the order and process the return.

 

10. Delayed Delivery

- Delivery may be delayed due to logistical issues, weather conditions, political disruptions, acts of God, or unforeseeable circumstances.

- Users will be informed of any delays via email and/or mobile notification.

- We disclaim liability for any claims arising from delivery delays.

 

11. Liability Disclaimer:

- We aim to engage Logistic Partners with professionalism and integrity.

- We are not liable for acts or omissions of delivery personnel or Logistic Partners.

- Users are not  responsible for resolving any disputes with delivery personnel independently.

 

12. Tracking and Status Updates:

- We make reasonable efforts to ensure real-time tracking updates but do not guarantee accuracy.

 

13. Shipping Fees:

- Users authorize us to collect shipping fees on behalf of the Logistic Partner.

- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless a defective, damaged, or incorrect product has been delivered.
